Villa Incrociata occupies a privileged position at the heart of the Poggio Felice estate, where the Mediterranean forest opens to reveal sweeping views over the Tyrrhenian Sea. Eleven guests are accommodated across six double bedrooms in a beautifully restored stone manor, with generous living spaces, a private pool, and terraces ideally positioned to capture both sunrise and the evening light on the water.

The villa takes its name — "The Crossroads" — from its position at the meeting of several estate paths, making it the natural gathering point of Poggio Felice. It is equally well suited to a single extended family or a group of friends travelling together.
