Rental Conditions

The following conditions apply to all rentals at Ville Poggio Felice.

  Minimum stay: 7 nights. All rentals run Saturday to Saturday during the main season (June–September). Shorter stays and other changeover days may be available outside peak season — please enquire.
• 🕓
  Check-in / check-out: Check-in is from 16:00 on the day of arrival. Check-out is by 10:00 on the day of departure.
• 🏊
  Pool season: Swimming pools are open from approximately mid-May to mid-October, subject to weather conditions. Exact dates may vary by villa.
• 🛏️
  Linen & towels: Bed linen and bath towels are provided and changed weekly. Beach towels are not provided.
• 🧹
  Cleaning: A mid-stay clean and linen change is included for rentals of 14 nights or more. An end-of-stay clean is included in all rentals.
• 🔒
  Deposit: A security deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The amount varies by villa.
• 🐾
  Pets: Pets are welcome at most villas. Please confirm at the time of enquiry. An additional cleaning fee may apply.
• 🚭
  Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside any villa. Outdoor smoking is permitted with care, away from dry vegetation.
• 🌿
  The estate: Guests are asked to respect the natural environment of the estate. Open fires outside designated areas are strictly prohibited.
